I try to hit the most important stuff first, but I keep my schedule flexible because there's always something random popping up. Lists and calendars are my lifesavers, and I've learned to actually delegate stuff instead of trying to do everything myself. I also make sure to take short breaks and not let work take over my life. It's not always smooth, but staying organized, rolling with the unexpected, and knowing when to step back

At the start of the week, I figure out what actually needs to get done and focus on that first. I try to handle the hardest stuff in the morning when my brain is fresh. After that, it's emails, calls, and putting out random fires that pop up during the day. I keep everything in my calendar because if it's not written down, it's not happening. I've also learned I can't do everything myself, so I delegate when I can. And honestly, I make sure to step away sometimes.
