Most of the times, because of many language speakers, coaches always want to adopt acceptable lingua franca. Unfortunately, there are some instances where there may be lingua that are more than one in a coaching class.

To resolve this, there should be translators. It can be softwares and even or a person that will be translating languages. And coaches should also focus on the people that speak his language for more understanding. What do you think?

We avoid using big or confusing words and just explain things in plain English. We also break lessons into small steps so nobody feels lost. To make it even clearer, we use examples and sometimes show things instead of only talking about them. We always encourage people to ask questions anytime, no pressure at all. If someone doesn't understand, we just go over it again in a different way. Sometimes, people who understand both languages help others out too. The main idea is just to be patient and make sure everyone can learn comfortably
