While some people have seen more reasons why business needs not to be mixed with family matters, others have not seen anything wrong in having family as workers. However if workers happen to be our family members, we need to have some things in place in order to manage the situation very well.

There should be strict guidelines that will be guide the workers in order for them to be effective while discharging their duties. What do you think of this?

On the positive side, family members are usually more trustworthy, flexible, and willing to help when things get stressful. Communication can be easier too, since you already know each other well. However, the downside is that personal relationships can get complicated. Mixing work and family can lead to arguments, favoritism, or awkward situations if someone isn't doing their job well. It can also be hard to give honest feedback or set clear boundaries.

Though there is nothing bad in this especially when they are competent. There should be a way of putting in line solid and stringent laws. This will make it easier for the family members to be curtailed when they want to be doing excesses, as it is very common in this system.

Hiring family as part of your workers is not totally bad or wrong it is not just advisable or professional enough because family do berate things and they tend to be lazy or unprofessional when being hired by family, though it's not all family members that are like they're some that are actually hardworking and professional.

Family members can be helpful especially if they are qualified for the roles that we want to hire them for. However, there is a need to ensure that we remove the closeness first. Removing the closeness will make it easier for the business to thrive and be sustainable.
