All these models that we are using are some of the ideologies of some coaches. There are different ways they always come by these models. Some may intentionally formulate them, some may be accidentally, especially when they are addressing some issues with their business clients.

As a coach, I have formulated a coaching model in the past. It was inspired by my experiences working with clients and identifying common patterns that led to successful outcomes. The model focuses on three key pillars: goal setting, action planning, and accountability. The process of developing this model started with reflecting on my coaching sessions and identifying what strategies consistently led to positive results for my clients.
 
Basically, I like turning messy problems into simple frameworks that make sense. They're not strict rules, just tools to spot patterns, figure out what's blocking you, and see the next steps clearly. Sometimes it's a quick diagram, sometimes just a step-by-step plan. I tweak them as we go so they actually work for the person or team. For me, inventing models is really just about making things easier to understand and act on,
 
It is not a must as a coach to invent any model. You can still leverage on the existing models by some other coaches. Inventing models as a coach should not be a priority. But if there is a need to, you can work towards it, at least to become an authority.
