There are some embarrassment moments when the clients would feel being disgraced. This can be as a result of many reasons. There are some reasons where they would ask a class and the inability to get the question right may attract being disgraced or looked down upon by other members of the group. Have you experienced such a thing before?

One time, the coach asked me to share my thoughts in front of everyone, and my mind just went blank. I started talking, forgot what I wanted to say, and ended up sounding super confused. It was really awkward, and I could feel myself getting nervous. For a while, I thought everyone was judging me. But later, I realized nobody really cared that much because everyone makes mistakes sometimes. A few people even told me they had similar moments too.

Remember that embarrassment is a common part of the learning process. It's okay to make mistakes and not have all the answers immediately. Embrace these moments as opportunities to grow and learn. Be patient with yourself and trust that your coach is there to support you through your journey.
