Twitter traffic has fluctuated over time. Some reports suggest a decline in active users, especially after platform changes. However, Twitter still has a strong user base. Many people continue to use it for news and updates. The traffic can vary depending on trending topics and viral events. Businesses and influencers also use Twitter to drive traffic to websites. If your content is engaging, you can still attract traffic. Twitter's algorithm is continuously evolving, which can impact visibility. While there may be ups and downs, Twitter remains a significant platform for reaching audiences.

No, in fact, Twitter will not have its traffic going down. Users that are using Twitter are increasing day by day because the platform is working for the promotion of the business. There are different features that have been made available for the business owners to promote their businesses.

To be honest, I've seen Twitter traffic ebb and flow over time. It's not always a straight decline, but many businesses report less click-through compared to a few years ago. Mixing Twitter with other social platforms and tracking what type of tweets bring clicks has helped me keep steady referral traffic.

The truth is that Twitter still has millions of users checking it daily. Saying traffic is completely dead would be wrong. But the quality of that traffic matters more than raw numbers. If your target audience is still active there, then it is worth using.

Twitter traffic might not be growing like it did in earlier years, but calling it irrelevant seems premature. Certain communities are still very active there, especially around live events, sports, politics, and entertainment. If you create content related to those topics, you can still capture attention and drive clicks.

X has competition now that it did not face before. Platforms like Threads and others are pulling users away, especially people who got tired of the drama or policy changes. That split definitely impacts how much attention any single platform gets. Even if total user numbers stay somewhat stable, active engagement could be dropping.

I think Twitter traffic has gone down for a lot of people recently. Many users moved to apps like Instagram or TikTok, so fewer people click links on Twitter now. I still get traffic from Twitter sometimes, but it feels slower and less steady than before. Maybe it depends on your niche, but overall it seems traffic is not as strong as it used to be.

It's a normal - eventually getting boring with some trend, I'm guessing a lot of people from Twitter nowadays switched to Snapchat. It happens because of lack of novelty. That is why very weird thing for me, when Twitter cuts API to use for third party apps, that allows to utilize Twitter in other way, than people used to. They almost killed Meerkat with Periscope, they were very serious with us while we were working on Audaster, they don't like when some app provides anything new strictly to their audience.

Yes, Twitter's traffic has reportedly gone down in recent years, especially after changes in its platform policies and branding to "X." Many users have shifted to alternative platforms like Threads or Mastodon due to dissatisfaction with certain updates. However, it still remains a popular platform for real-time news and discussions.
