It is true that artificial intelligence has much impact on the mail marketing. There are different ways by which artificial intelligence has eroded the mail marketing but that doesn't mean that it has reduced the importance of mail marketing.

I feel like AI hasn't hurt email marketing at all. If anything, it's like having a smart assistant. It can help you write better emails, find the right audience, and track results. People still check emails every day, so it remains one of the best ways to reach them. AI just makes campaigns easier and more effective.

Instead of emails being less important, they're actually getting smarter. Now businesses use AI to personalize stuff, figure out what people like, and even send emails at the perfect time so you're more likely to open them. That makes emails feel less like random spam and more like something useful. But at the same time, everyone's using AI, so inboxes are packed more than ever. So yeah, email marketing still matters a lot, it just has to be way more targeted and less boring.
