They don't care how active you are as long as your posts are actually useful. What gets people in trouble is spamming, posting the same thing over and over, or dropping random low-effort comments just to boost points. So yeah, posting a ton is fine but posting junk all the time? That's what'll get you banned. Basically, quality over quantity. If you keep it real and helpful, you're good.
