I agree with this a lot. Negative comments can really affect someone, especially when you put effort into your business. I think checking where the comment is coming from is very important. Some people just want attention or trouble. Real feedback can help us improve, but fake ones should not control our emotions. I also believe taking a short break before replying helps calm the mind and avoid reacting in anger.
