Freelancing vs regular job in company. which option is good and why? which is more beneficial?

Unending debates have been going on on this topic. While some people believe that freelancing is one of the schemes that cannot be done without, some people have argued that it still doesn't matter. That the regular job is still okay than the freelancing job. They believe that they can actually get consistent payment while they are doing regular tasks. Those that are in support of freelancing will believe that it gives you time for you to get things done and not being compelled under one boss.

I think both of them are good. The offer you the opportunity to create multiple streams of income. When one is not bringing in the money for you the other one will be there to cover up. That is how I have been doing for several month now to remain financial stable.

I think the question itself is wrong. It's not about which is better, it's about which one fits your personality and your current life situation. A single guy with no responsibilities can take freelancing risks that a father of three children simply cannot afford to take right now.

Freelancing taught me to manage my own time which a job never did. But I also became my own boss, my own HR, my own accountant. That is a lot of hats for one person to wear. Some weeks I miss just clocking in and clocking out without thinking.
