They want to know if staying in a third world country will affect the revenue to be gotten from freelancing. While some people are saying it is not and it will not, some are saying it may truly affect. They believe that most first world country don't always choose third world freelancers for their tasks. The people from advanced countries like United States will always receive more order compared to the rest. Country reputation plays a part too, whether we like it or not. Some clients already have an idea in their head about certain places before they even see your work. Not fair, but it happens. Takes more effort to change that first impression once it forms.
