Not really. A platform can have very low ad costs but still limit how far your posts travel without paying. Facebook ads, for example, are often cheap compared to LinkedIn, but organic reach on Facebook has dropped a lot over the years. The price of running ads and the reach you get for free are two separate things that do not always move together.
