In my opinion, yes but indirectly.this paid mobile ads only trigger organic uplift but don't create organic users directly. However, they help push more reviews/downloads from paid users improves conversion for organic visitors..but paid traffic won't help organic.So you need to understand the pattern to know how to fit in.
