I feel a little unsure about this part of my store. I check my return reports often and I notice some customers start the process and then abandon it. The pattern confuses me and I can't figure out what encourages them to complete returns.
I run a small e-commerce shop and I recently experimented with prepaid return labels. I included them in a few orders and tracked how many customers used them. I compared the results with orders where customers had to pay for shipping.
The completion rate seemed different and I still don't know if prepaid labels make a real impact.
Does offering prepaid return labels increase likelihood of completed returns?
