BMF.io doesn't cover you if you get into legal trouble for uploading courses. Basically, if you post stuff that's not yours or breaks copyright rules, it's on you—not them. They just give you the space to share your courses, but you have to make sure everything you upload is legit and that you have permission. If someone complains or reports your content, BMF.io can remove it, but they won't jump in to fix your legal problems.

BMF only serves as a platform for the instructors or the coaches to get their information or course materials uploaded for the intending buyers or students. Coaches and the instructors are solely responsible for the courses. Any issue that comes out from the process will be answered by them and not the BMF.
