BMF.io doesn't really have a classic live chat feature where people can message each other instantly during a course. That said, it still gives learners ways to connect and stay engaged. Most interaction happens through community forums, discussion threads, and platform messaging, where participants can ask questions, share thoughts, and get feedback from instructors or other students. It's not real-time chat, but it gets the job done for ongoing conversations. Some course creators also point students to outside tools or channels if they want faster communication

There are other ways the platform, BMF, has made it possible for the students to get connected with the coach. They can email and private chat. Though there is no platform for chatting, there are many alternatives to chatting. Users can easily ask the part that they don't understand.
