Ever since I have been working here, the moderator has never shared any proof of payout, and no member has come out publicly that he hasn't received payment when the time is due.
The platform is transparent when it comes to payment. Members know when to be expecting payment after they have withdrawn. However, while the moderator doesn't really upload any proof of payout, members are encouraged to do that, at least to motivate others, among other reasons.
