Trending audio still helps sometimes but people see it has a miracle to increase your reach. I have used one trending sound that everybody was talking about on a video and it didn't receive any views. Wetin people fail to understand is that if the first few seconds didndt catch the attention of your audience, the audio alone will not rescue them. That's just the truth because I have tried it before. Speaking from experience.

Yeah to an extent it does because I have seen lots of videos with high engagement and views adding trending audios in their clips. What is important is knowing when and how to add them such that it align with the message you are trying to pass across.

i totally agree with u. The trending audio clip can provide ur video some extra boost but it is not a magical button to get views for sure. It is all about the idea behind the video nd its overall value nd if viewers will not find something worth stopping on during the first seconds no trendiest sound can help u in achieviing success.

Like the funny video content do use some very popular audio clips in my country to boost the laughter and make the viewers stay glued to the channels. It is a working strategy that has not loose it value especially if you are strategic about using it for your content.
