This year, it may not be surprising to see machine learning and artificial intelligence carrying out many things that ought to have been done by human. Inability of some people, especially the illiterate to cope with the trends can deny them some of these goodies.

Since illiterate cannot cope with the trends, there are more tendencies that they may not be carried along in the new trends that may happen this year. In order not to be left out, it is important for the illiterate to have someone to be teaching them.

Still, without basic literacy, you're locked out of email offers, captions, and analytics-driven personalization.
