In freelancing, there are some people that believe that when meeting clients, I mean, while doing video calls with them, there is a need to make use of camera, and even showing faces. They believe that this always brings about trust. Clients always believe that when you are confident to show your face, definitely, you are trustworthy. Some people have argued against that. Trsut doesn't need to be based on showing faces during video calls. There are some freelancers that do feel shy.
