One of the benefits of being a freelancer is that you don't need to worry just like traditional employees will be worried. You are not working for just only one boss. Though you are still working under a person but still you they are not your boss, they are just a business partner. You only happen to be the one doing the job for them. This is not the case in the employee situation. They are working for a boss.
Do you think freelancers worry less on a daily basis about losing their jobs compared to those in traditional employment?
