Constant checking can even distract from real progress, because the time spent refreshing could be used to write new posts or improve campaigns. Have you ever felt stuck in this cycle of refreshing and waiting? How often do you think it is healthy to check analytics in a day without letting it affect motivation?
 
Yes, I've felt stuck in that cycle before, refreshing and waiting for updates. It can be frustrating when you feel like nothing's changing, and it starts affecting your focus. I think checking once or twice a day is enough to stay informed without letting it control your mindset. Too much checking can kill motivation, especially when numbers are slower than expected. It's better to focus on improving content or strategies instead of obsessing over stats.
 
I think it happens to most people who track performance online. Analytics tools are designed to show us quick feedback, and that makes our brains crave constant updates. It's not even about the numbers sometimes, just the habit of checking. The best way I found to manage it is by setting a routine time for reviews instead of random refreshes.
