One of the good things about being employed permanently by a company as a freelancer is that you don't need to be stressing yourself looking for any clients. You have secured one already. With this, your income will be steady. However, some people don't really like this, they want to be free and be working with different people at the same time. They prefer hustling for clients rather than staying permanently with just a company client.
