Do you have a stipulated duration for your daily tasks?

I know some people that treat their freelancing services as job. They have a particular time that they start in the morning and when they stop maybe in the evening. They don't exceed that period. They always make sure that they use the time judiciously. Most of the times, some may just dedicate like eight hours of their days to doing freelancing. What do you think about this? Do you also create time for yourself as freelancers?

Yes I have a stipulated time for everything I do especially the one that related to my business. I am doing this so that I'll be able to dedicate the appropriate time for each of the task I need to do with the services I am offering in the freelance marketplace. If you're going to achieve the same thing you need a discipline together with a good time management.
