There is a coaching group organisation. This group would comprise different coaches from different countries that come together. Though most of the times, there may not be any law binding the coaches to teach base on this syllabuses but it is always important they do.

There are some coaches that always train their clients based on their intuition and nothing. Which one are you following as a coach? Share it got others to know more.

I like to keep things flexible and adjust based on what the person I'm working with needs. Everyone learns differently, so I prefer to go with the flow and focus on what's most relevant or interesting at the moment. Of course, if there's a specific goal or topic, I'll structure things a bit to make sure we stay on track. But overall, my approach is more about intuition and understanding the learner's pace rather than sticking to a fixed plan.

As a coach, my approach incorporates both structured syllabus and intuitive coaching elements. I believe having a laid-down syllabus provides a strong foundation and structure for coaching sessions, ensuring that key topics and skills are covered systematically. This structure can help in setting clear goals, tracking progress, and providing a sense of direction for both the coach and client.

It is always better for a coach to have a laid down syllabus. This will make him to prepare ahead on what to teach and this may even align with the standard of teaching. Teaching based on intuition is seen as not a good way of teaching by many people.

Those who follow a syllabus may benefit from a structured approach that ensures all essential topics are covered in a systematic way. This can provide a clear roadmap for both the coach and the client, helping to track progress and ensure comprehensive learning and development.

I usually have a rough plan, but I go with the flow depending on what clicks for the person. Some stuff needs a bit of order, sure, but mostly I adjust as we go. It keeps things fun and less boring. I like to tackle what's confusing right away instead of sticking to some set schedule, and if someone's getting it fast, we can mix in extra challenges. Basically, I keep a loose roadmap but mostly wing it based on curiosity, vibes

There should be a laid down curriculum to be followed while carrying out coaching program. This will make it easier for the coach to know if he's doing the right thing. However there may be a way of adding intuition teaching if the coach believes such a topic can develop the clients

It's great to hear about your personalized coaching approach! Being able to adapt based on individual needs and preferences is a valuable skill in coaching. While having a laid-down syllabus can provide structure, coaching based on intuition allows for greater flexibility and responsiveness to the client's unique requirements.

No matter how good you are, you need to be following syllabus for you to be teaching the right thing that the clients are expected to know. If you are teaching offhand, it is possible for you to be teaching what is not really relevant. In order to make it uniform, there is a need to have a syllabus

It's valuable to strike a balance between structured syllabus and intuitive coaching methods as both have their merits. A laid-down syllabus can provide a solid framework and direction, ensuring all essential topics are covered systematically. On the other hand, coaching based on intuition allows for flexibility and personalized learning experiences tailored to the individual's needs and pace.

Integrating both structured syllabus and intuitive coaching approaches can offer a well-rounded coaching experience. While a syllabus provides a roadmap for comprehensive learning, intuition-based coaching allows for adaptability and personalized support, catering to the unique needs of each individual client. Balancing these methods can lead to a dynamic and effective coaching practice.

As a coach, it's important to strike a balance between having a laid-out syllabus and incorporating intuitive coaching methods. A structured syllabus can provide a framework and help in setting clear objectives for coaching sessions. However, intuition-based coaching allows for flexibility, personalization, and the ability to respond to the unique needs of each client.

Balancing a structured syllabus with intuitive coaching is a wise approach. Having a syllabus provides a solid foundation and ensures key topics are covered, aiding in progress tracking and goal setting. Simultaneously, intuitive coaching enables the coach to pivot based on the client's evolving needs and interests, fostering a more dynamic and personalized learning experience. Striking this balance can lead to a holistic coaching journey.
