Another interesting part of this journey is how milestones are treated. Some marketers stop to celebrate small wins like the first commission or first hundred visitors, while others quickly move on, focusing only on bigger goals. Does celebrating these small steps keep motivation alive, or does it waste energy that could be used to push forward? How do you personally handle slow months and milestones?

It's true, the slow start can be really frustrating, but I think celebrating small wins is important. Even tiny milestones, like a first visitor or first commission, can remind you that things are moving in the right direction. It's easy to feel stuck when progress is slow, but those little moments give you a reason to keep going. I don't think celebrating wastes energy—it helps you stay positive.
