Ask Do you always give special attention to less brilliant students in your group coaching program?

In order to be fair to those students that do not always assimilate on time, there may be a need to give them some special attention, at least for them to catch up. To some coaches, they don't really care about this. A student that needs a special attention may be asked to pay extra tuition.

What do you think? Do you think there should be special attention for those students that are less brilliant, on the side of the coaches?

Providing a balance of attention and support for all students in a group coaching program is crucial for fostering an inclusive and effective learning environment. In my group program, everyone gets the same core curriculum, but I coach the person, not the problem. For someone struggling, that means more 1-on-1 check-ins, simpler breakdowns of complex ideas, and extra encouragement. For the natural fast-learners, I push them harder with advanced tweaks and leadership roles. Everyone gets what they need, just not always the same thing.
