Ask Do startups usually expect lower rates?

Startups are known for working with limited budgets, and many freelancers assume this means lower pay compared to bigger established companies. However, some startups are willing to pay well if they see real value and results from the work delivered. This makes it hard to predict pricing expectations just based on the size or stage of the company. Have you found that startups generally expect lower rates, or does it really depend on each individual client?
 
Well one thing I can say is that small scale business owner who I just launching out usually receive low rate in terms of sales. So the amount of Partridge they are going to receive at the first few months depends on how strong they are marketing is. They have to invest a lot in their marketing if they want to break above the norm when they are launching out
