Charging higher rates seems to change the kind of clients who reach out for your services in the first place. Some freelancers say premium pricing filters out clients who are not serious and brings in people who respect real value for good work. Others feel it can also scare away smaller businesses with tighter budgets who still need honest help. I wonder if higher prices really guarantee better clients every single time. Have premium rates changed the quality of clients you work with?

Not always the case because if you're the price of the service you offer in the freelance market places to I people will definitely go for the better one. This is the reason why I always advise people to always give moderate price for the service they are offering the freelance marketplace. You should not be too high and you should not be too low.
