Ask Do freelance premium clients respect strict weekend boundaries?

‎My wish is to have as many as possible premium clients. Right now I am charging higher rates and positioning as premium but Saturday Slack messages keep coming in. I am setting auto replies and saying weekends are offline but I fear losing clients to freelancers who reply fast. Rest helps my work quality yet guilt creeps in due to unfinished gigs. I think premium should mean respect not 24/7 access.
