In affiliate marketing, people use keywords like best laptop or laptop comparison. Both keywords look similar, but the person searching comparison may already have two products in mind and is trying to choose one. That person may be closer to buying than someone just searching for best. This small difference in keywords can change how people behave on the page. Which type of keyword converts better in affiliate marketing?

In my view, comparison keywords usually convert better because the user is already deciding between two or more products, so their intent to buy is stronger. "Best" keywords bring more traffic but often from people still researching and not ready to purchase. The most effective approach is to use both comparison pages for higher conversions and "best" content to attract broader audiences earlier in the buying journey.
