Business that is meant at building wealth can only work well if such a business is dedicated at running without the owner. This means such a business is capable of functioning even if the owner doesn't have much input.

However that is not the end of the road for those that their business is not like that. They should learn how to delegate people that are qualified to be running the business for them.

That's true. There is different between having a business just for the sake of becoming rich and as well as having a business for wealth. The business owners should find a way that will make their business to become functioning even when they are not around at all.

I'm still pretty hands-on with everything, from making decisions to fixing problems when they pop up. If I disappeared for a while, things would probably slow down or get a little chaotic. That said, I'm trying to move toward not being needed all the time. Setting up systems, routines, and clear instructions helps a lot. When people know what they're supposed to do, I don't have to be involved in every little thing. The goal is to step back more and let the business handle itself.

A business can run without it owner if there are trustworthy staff i mean staff that are hardworking, transparent and treats customer well or attends to customer needs.business can run without it owner all you have to do is to hire a trustworthy manager,use digital tools and always have a regular check ins.

That's it. It is always better to entrust your business with those that you can trust. With this, you don't need to be worrying yourself with the running of the business. However, if you know you don't have them, don't suggest that. Some people are now using artificial intelligence to automate their businesses.

If you're the one doing everything then no, it'll probably struggle when you're not around. But if you've got systems in place, people you trust, and everyone knows what they're supposed to do, then yeah, it can keep running without you being there all the time.

Things like delegation and simple routines make a big difference. Even tools and automation can handle stuff like payments or messages. But let's be real, most businesses still need some direction from the owner now and then.
