Can you work for clients that have rated low in the past?

There are some clients that can rate you low even when you satisfy all what they want. They may just decide to give you such low rating. Let assume such a client still comes your way, willing to still work with you, will you still do the work for him. Don't forget, you know you did your best in your previous ones and still rated you low. Will you trust him that much these time that he will still not rate you low?
