Most of the conversation around freelancing focuses on clients leaving reviews for freelancers, but freelancers also have to deal with clients who are disrespectful during a project. Some clients send demanding messages, speak poorly to freelancers, or behave in ways that make the work environment uncomfortable. Many platforms have reporting tools, but it is not always clear whether being rude counts as something that can be officially reported and acted on.
