A lot of people seem to think that freelancing must eventually become a full-time thing, but that is not always the case. Some people just want extra income without leaving their jobs, and that is a perfectly reasonable goal. Many freelancers have been doing side work for years without ever quitting their day jobs. Is it actually possible to keep freelancing as a side activity forever, or does it naturally push you toward going full-time at some point?
