Getting a bad review that you feel is completely unfair is one of the most frustrating things that can happen on a freelance platform. Most platforms do not make it easy to remove reviews, even when you believe the client was wrong or acted in bad faith. You can usually report a review if it contains false information or violates the platform's guidelines, but approval is rare. Some platforms allow you to leave a public reply, which at least lets potential clients hear your side.
