Ask Can multiple staff members post in the company thread?

Hello my people,

I am running on BMF company membership. I am the only one that normally posts on the thread. Though, other staff members are verified, they don't really post, as they are engaged with other things. However, the issues on ground now is that, I won't be around for about three months.

I don't know if other members can be posting like I have been posting. Will they be allowed to do so?

It's usually set up for teamwork, so anyone in the group or channel can jump in and share updates, ask questions, or drop info.
That said, some places keep it stricter, like only managers can post official announcements so things don't get messy or confusing. But in general, it's meant to be open so people can communicate fast and work together without waiting for one person to speak.

The COMPANY Membership gives businesses an official presence on the platform, but I have not come across any details about whether other verified staff members can post in the company thread on behalf of the business. If this feature exists, BMF.io support should be able to confirm it quickly.
I would say you checking beforehand could help ensure the thread remains active and that customers or community members continue receiving responses while you are away.
