I recently explored BMF.io and found ways to communicate directly with my students. I use the platform to send messages and answer questions promptly.

I also provide guidance on assignments and offer support when learners face challenges. This direct contact helps build trust and keeps students engaged throughout the course. I notice higher participation and faster problem resolution when communication feels personal and accessible. The connection improves the overall learning experience.

Though the BMF platform has prepared channels already for the coaches to be interacting with the students. For those roaches that may want more, they can drop their personal details like social media handles, where the students can easily meet up with them to ask them some questions.
