Ask Can I up selling course in advance before publishing on BMF?

Good day.

I met with a student on this forum. He said he's in love with my work and will not mind making me just favourite. During our discussion, I told him my intention of writing another course very soon. To my surprise, he told me that he will pay for the course, even without me publishing it.

Is this possible? Can a user pays in advance for my work even before me publishing it?
