Can I register another account if I am banned on Upwork?

Being banned on Upwork is not really a big deal. There are different reasons this may happen. However it is better if such a freelancer appeals and get the account reopened instead of registering another one. The platform always wants to when the freelancers maintain just one account. Some people think it is easy to just open a new account, but Upwork will still catch you. Their security system is very strong now because they check your real ID card and your face. If they notice you are the same person, they will block the new profile immediately.

It is better to just follow their rules and appeal if there is any problem. Creating another account after a ban will only cause more trouble for you later. Once they link your payment details or your network to the old account, you will lose everything again very fast.
