Can I more than two accounts with Fiverr?

Fiverr account doesn't support having two account under one person. It is stated that one person is only entitled to one account. This means you can't cheat the system by having multiple accounts as freelancers. There is always thorough screening before a member will be approved. This is to check whether there are some freelancers that are using two or many accounts at the same time. What do you think about this? Have you used many accounts before?
