In my own opinion, I don't really think the method the referral used to purchase things on the BMF platform has anything to do with the money that they will receive from the platform. Both operations, buying and receiving commission are done separately.
It is possible for the affiliate to use one method to withdraw earning, even though, his customers buy with different methods.
