The platform, BFM, has all what the instructors, educators and teachers need to make sure that the students understand their courses. The platform allows them to customize their courses in a way that will make them attractive to the students.

Usually you can upload a captions file like SRT or VTT, or sometimes there's an auto-caption feature you can tweak after. It's actually a really good move because it makes your course easier for people to follow, especially if they're watching in a noisy place or English isn't their first language. Some platforms also let you edit captions right inside the video editor when you upload your lessons. If BMF doesn't have that built in, you can just add captions using another tool before uploading. Either way, it's not complicated
