I feel a bit unsure about the effect of refund policies on sales. I have been running my store for a while and I try to make it easy for customers to trust me. I created a refund policy page and I kept the language simple.

I already tested a version where I offered more flexible refunds. Some customers reacted positively while others did not even mention it. I still do not know if it makes a big difference.
