I am new to freelancing and I am pushing hard on Upwork right now. I am applying daily and I am trying to over deliver on every small job. I am also collecting reviews and I am improving my profile weekly. I am unsure if speed matters more than experience here. I am feeling motivated but I am also getting mixed advice.
