I am tired of 3 month retainers that drain my time and scope creep kills profit. I am testing 60 minute strategy calls where I audit and advise but do not implement. I noticed that Clients get clarity fast and I get paid without chaos it a win win situation. But I am not sure if this scales or kills long term revenue of my freelance business
