I feel a little unsure about this part of my store. I check my sales and return reports often and I notice some customers hesitate before completing orders. The hesitation confuses me and I can't figure out what would make them feel more confident.
I run a small e-commerce shop and I recently tested flexible return windows. I allowed some customers longer periods to return items and tracked how many completed their purchases. I compared these results with standard return periods.
The numbers looked different and I still don't know if flexible windows really influence buying decisions.
