Ask Can entrepreneur members ethically sell courses before they've reached mastery?

I know a member of this platform. He started working here some months ago. He is also learning and not yet done with the course. Now he's planning of selling some of these courses. He has compiled some of these courses and wants to be using social media marketing knowledge to start selling his courses.

I don't know if it is ethical to be selling courses even when he's not yet done with the courses? What's your view?
