Think of it like introducing something new at a market, where you have to explain it before anyone reaches for their wallet. Social media is probably the best place to start. People are not going to search for something they don't know about, so you have to bring it to them. Short videos showing exactly what the product does can make people stop scrolling and think "wait, I actually need that." That awareness has to come first.
