Ask Can company membership request feedbacks on new services?

I noticed that my posts on my new service didn't get much engagement, I don't know if I can create a post asking people to give their opinions on the new service. I have been thinking of creating a survey post, where I will know the intention of the people towards the new service. But I will just prefer it being discussed on, rather than voting.

I will be glad if I am answered to. I want to know if it is possible for me to create a thread asking their opinion.
